Modular learning fits with your life.
No
time to learn music? You'll be pleasantly surprised by our flexible
approach.
You choose from a menu of topics offered over 1, 2, 4, 5 or 6
weekly sessions (short courses) or 1-2 days (workshops). Each
topic covers both theory and practical exercises, eg. ‘Key
signature without tears’ or ‘Everyone can
improvise’.
Taken when convenient, over a year or two, these courses build
into a comprehensive music curriculum, covering material
that would take 3 years or more through more conventional
lessons.
This structure is great for busy adults who must fit in music
around work and/or family commitments. Each course or workshop
gives you specific skills and knowledge, so you’ll see clear
progress.
Browse what's on offer in the coming months:
Ready? you can register
now or make an enquiry.
After the short course or workshop, you can continue to develop
your skills and ‘internalise’ the knowledge at your own pace.
Most workshops include a free tune-up session in the next
month: a one-to-one consultation where you can revise any
techniques or concepts, or start a new challenge.
You can also purchase a casual tune-up session at any mutually
convenient time. Perfect for getting some pointers about how
to tackle that Beethoven Sonata or Joplin Rag.
